Welcome to ayboll, owned and operated by SAM3 Media Limited ("ayboll", "we", "us", "our"). ayboll is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all the users of its website ("the Site") (the Site and related services as described therein are collectively referred to as "ayboll Features"). To that end, this privacy policy is intended to inform visitors to the Site and users of ayboll Features how their information will be used and protected. This policy is effective beginning 18/10/2017.

What type of information does ayboll collect?

Below is a description of the types of information ayboll collects, when it's collected and how it's used.

In order to facilitate the functionality of ayboll Features, a user must create an account. This requires the submission of certain personal information. During account setup, a user is asked for the name of his/her web site, the web site owner/administrator and the user's e-mail address. When activating an account, every user must create a password. The user's e-mail address and password will be used for secure access and account maintenance. A user may also be asked for specific personal information in order to access certain areas of the Site.

Cookies are nuggets of electronic information that are dispatched to a user's hard drive when landing on a web page. The use of cookies is widespread and accepted throughout the Internet. Cookies allow website operators to track visits to a web page and customize a user's experience based on their individual preferences. For example, the use of cookies allows a user's login information to be remembered by the Site, saving them valuable time. ayboll does not receive or record any personal information in the cookies it uses.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. A user can adjust a browser's settings to block cookies or alert them to a website's use of cookies. Even without accepting cookies, a user can still access ayboll Features.

This information is not shared with any third parties.

How does ayboll use the information users provide?

As stated above, ayboll uses personal information like a user's name, address, billing and mailing address. ayboll will use a provided e-mail address to contact a user that requires customer support.

In the event of corporate restructuring, including mergers, acquisitions or sales of assets, user information may, in the majority of cases, be considered part of ayboll assets. Users will be given clear notification on the Site for a period of 30 days prior to changes in ownership or management of collected information. If a corporate restructuring includes a use of said information, that is either new or different from the use stated or implied at the time of collection, users will be given a choice to accept or refuse these changes, consistent with the "Notification of changes" section of this policy.

Notwithstanding the terms of this privacy agreement, ayboll may release any collected user information for purposes of compliance with the law, enforcing Site policies, or protection of its or others’ rights, property, or safety.
